Learning Teaching Training Activities - MALTA

The innovative Erasmus+ educational project titled “Transition from STEM to Robotics” is coming to an end. The project's main goal is to promote education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through the practical application of robotics in schools. The final meeting, attended by representatives from Słoneczna Kraina in Bielsko-Biała, took place in April in Malta.

The project is being implemented at the Non-Public Primary School with Special Units Słoneczna Kraina in Racibórz, in close collaboration with partner organizations from Portugal, Turkey, and Malta. The cooperation between schools aims to develop future competencies among students and enhance teachers' qualifications in the field of innovative teaching methods.

The main objectives of the project are to increase students' interest in technology through engaging robotics projects, support teachers in using modern educational tools, foster creativity and teamwork in an international environment, and facilitate the exchange of best practices among schools across Europe.

As part of the project, international mobilities for students and teachers were organized, along with programming and robotics workshops, as well as joint project activities conducted both online and on-site. The final mobility took place in Malta, at the prestigious De La Salle College.

The “Transition from STEM to Robotics” project will conclude at the end of April this year. Its outcomes will lay a solid foundation for modern education and long-term international cooperation.
